Using Spherein

You must be 18 or older, give accurate account details and have authority to represent any brand you register. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us about suspected misuse. Spherein currently provides free access; any future paid service will require clear pricing and your agreement before a charge.

Your collaborations

Spherein provides discovery and communication tools. Participants are responsible for agreeing scope, deadlines, compensation, revisions, usage rights and cancellation terms. Spherein is not a party to those agreements, an employer, a payment processor or an escrow service. Payments happen directly between participants. An accepted offer, message receipt or profile does not verify identity, payment, quality or completion.

Your content and rights

You keep ownership of your content. You give Spherein the limited permission needed to store, display and deliver it to the audiences you choose and operate the service. Only upload or share material you have permission to use. Collaborators must separately agree any reuse or commercial rights; posting in chat does not transfer copyright. Do not submit confidential material you are not authorised to share.

Community rules

No harassment, hate, threats, exploitation, scams, impersonation, unlawful content, spam, malware, unsolicited scraping or attempts to bypass access controls. Do not share another person’s private information without permission. Use reporting and blocking tools for concerns; contact emergency services for immediate danger.

Moderation and availability

We may investigate reports and restrict content or accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, legal obligations or misuse of the service. You may contact us to ask for review. The service may change or be interrupted; keep your own copies of work and important agreements. We do not guarantee introductions, earnings or uninterrupted availability.

Leaving and liability

You can request account deletion through Support or the contact below. Shared records and information needed for legal or safety purposes may require review before deletion. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer or data protection rights. Each participant remains responsible for their own conduct and agreements.

Privacy and updates

The Privacy notice explains data handling and your choices. Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they apply where required. No unilateral change alters an already agreed collaboration between participants.
